The foundation of human performance, in any pursuit, is one's health.  Mindset, nutrition, training and recovery are the cornerstones.  For each of these elements, Element Sports Coaching works with athletes applying evidence-based science and using technology to elevate personal performance.

​Understanding and developing mindset is the gateway to your fullest athletic potential both now and for the long-term.  Together we work to harness the power of emotions, build mental resilience and live fully in the present.

Nutrition

​Nutrition is a complex science that is highly individualized to your physiology, beliefs and taste preferences.  Using evidence-based science, you learn how to fuel your body for health and performance every day. 
 

Training

​Training includes building your cardiovascular fitness, physical strength, mobility and skill in sport.  For each element of training, data is analyzed and interpreted; skills are developed through feedback by expert eyes -- so you have the best program to meet your needs, where you are at. 

Recovery

 Recovery touches mindset, nutrition, and training. We start with sleep; we build an annual training plan that works to your life and sport goals; we create individual sessions with work/rest ratios built on your fitness; we monitor recovery, and finally suggest recovery treatments and modalities.  Recovery is king.
