Element Sports Coaching delivers coaching programs and experiences for individuals and groups across the globe who want to pursue a lifestyle and have personal goals in swim, bike, run and triathlon. We specialize in applying evidence-based science -- including the emerging field of female physiology as applied to sport -- into online and in-person small group individualized coaching programs and experiences.
One to One Coaching: The Element Athlete
- Wants to reach a specific fitness, or event goal with an individualized approach and schedule that meets you where you are at psychologically, nutritionally and physiologically.
- Wants your coach to understand female physiology, how to sync your training and nutrition to your cycle or life-stage.
- You are interested in learning about yourself, pushing your limits and removing barriers that previously may have held you back from reaching your goals.
- Wants to use the best tools available including INSCYD and Metabolic Efficiency Training TM
- Wants accountability. Every once and awhile we all need support, a reminder that you can do it and how far you have come. The Element Athlete has a coach available to them everyday and will support you every step of the way.
