Whole Athlete Consultation
This consultation is ideal for the athlete that loves their online training app (e.g. Zwift, Sufferfest, trainer road) but wants to learn how to shape their training program based on their unique physiological strengths/weaknesses and female physiology (if applicable). You learn what your nutrition needs are based on your specific goals and training demands. At the end of this process you will have:
- Female Physiological Understanding. Learn what is occurring with your hormone-related experiences in pre-, peri- or postmenopause and what actions you could take to live healthfully and train powerfully.
- Complete a four-day food intake protocol and receive a full analysis and real-food recommendations.
- Complete physiological assessments in sport(s) of your choice (swim, bike and/run) and receive training recommendations to improve performance to your specific goals.
- Reach your goals by learning about how to train and fuel your body everyday!
One Hour Consultation
This consultation is ideal for a seasoned athlete that wants support to refine their training, nutrition and recovery practice to include consideration of female physiology. You will complete an extensive form and we will discuss each element of mindset, nutrition, training and recovery so you know exactly the next steps you need to take to up your energy, feel good and perform your best in sport!
