Individualized Online Coaching Programs

Why you should be an individually coached Element Athlete
  • Want to reach a specific fitness, or event goal with an individualized approach and schedule that meets you where you are at psychologically, nutritionally and physiologically.
  • Want your coach to understand female physiology, how to sync your training and nutrition to your cycle or age.
  • You are interested in learning about yourself, pushing your limits and removing barriers that previously may have held you back from reaching your goals.
  • We create specific courses/segments, workouts and strength program to support your physiological growth as an athlete. We take this data, analyze it and report back whether we are meeting our goals. Your coach is accountable to you.
  • Accountability to your goals. Every once and awhile we all need support, a reminder that you can do it and how far you have come. The Element Athlete has a coach available to them everyday (we take Sundays off) and supporting you every step of the way.
  • You want to be an elite or professional athlete that trains with the elements of mindset, nutrition, training and recovery every day.
Athlete Services
Online training program using the Training Peaks platform / structured workouts. (Premium features additional)​
Cardiovascular fitness assessment(s) every 6-8 weeks to specify functional threshold training zones​
Continually updated individualized 7 point training zones/paces set in Training Peaks. 
Online Spin sessions (10 or 11 classes available per month live or recorded)​
Athlete Intake: Lifestyle and sport history questionnaire, 4-day nutrition analysis and recommendations, level-appropriate cardiovascular fitness assessment(s), individualized annual training plan.​
​Individualized and adjustable programming based on your schedule, specific training goals, unique physiology (sex differences, strengths and weaknesses)
Race/event profile analysis and selection, specific to individual performance strengths
​Individualized nutrition plans for training and performance/ lifestyle.
​Workout review/analysis to optimize individual progression of cardiovascular fitness levels.
Discount on additional programs including learning programs, camps and events. 
​In-person technique work for run, swim (bike to be added)
Communication with your coach by zoom and/or phone.
