Why you should be an individually coached Element Athlete
- Want to reach a specific fitness, or event goal with an individualized approach and schedule that meets you where you are at psychologically, nutritionally and physiologically.
- Want your coach to understand female physiology, how to sync your training and nutrition to your cycle or life-stage.
- You are interested in learning about yourself, pushing your limits and removing barriers that previously may have held you back from reaching your goals.
- We create specific courses/segments, workouts and strength program to support your physiological growth as an athlete. We take this data, analyze it and report back whether we are meeting our goals. Your coach is accountable to you.
- Accountability to your goals. Every once and awhile we all need support, a reminder that you can do it and how far you have come. The Element Athlete has a coach available to them everyday and will support you every step of the way.
