By the end of this process you will understand how to support your body nutritionally to ensure you have the metabolic efficiency and flexibility to respond to your training stressors. - Four-day Metabolic Efficiency Tracking system to establish a starting point of awareness and to create a nutrition plan going forward.
Metabolic Profile Analysis
Using INSCYD software we analyze and plan endurance performance in athletes by creating a full metabolic performance profile including the only scientifically validated measurement of glycolytic power (= VLamax) on the market. What does this mean? We make every minute of training count toward your goals in health and performance. Specifically INSCYD Testing gives you:

We break down how to support your metabolic health in Zone 2 training and also how to provide your body the necessary varied training stress using multiple energy systems. This means that you will be able to see and ensure that if you have 20 minutes or 60 minutes of training that day, every minute counts!
