Coach Tenille Hoogland will take you through one - 1.5 hour of indoor riding. Sessions will include warm-up, technique and intensity! You will be guided through intervals using perceived effort. The program is for those that want to be challenged, have fun, learn technique and increase fitness, strength and endurance.
