Run Technique |
Understanding how to feel the water, working with your own mobility limitations/strengths and increasing the power of your stroke is the way to find efficiency and speed in the water. Using visual (video), kinesthetic, and auditory learning, we work with individuals that are just starting out to those that are seasoned athletes looking for a performance edge.

The Element Strength program is focused on increasing strength and mobility with the goal of increasing physical health, lean body mass and performance within each annual training cycle. Starting each October, athletes come together approximately once a month to learn the technique of the progressive strength program and apply it on their own.

How to continue running injury-free and late into life is influenced strongly by running mechanics (technique) and the volume/intensity of your program. How you learned to run may not be optimized to how your body now moves.

There is a minimum of four person registration for small group sessions and a maximum of six persons.
