Kelowna Triathlon Training Camp

May 22–24 | Camp Only

Three days of swim, bike, and run training focused on skill development and practical workshops that help you execute your nutrition and race strategy with clarity, so you arrive at the start line prepared, confident, and ready to have fun showcasing your fitness.

Includes:

  • 2 pool swim sessions
  • 2 open water swim sessions
  • Technical run seminar + track workout
  • Bike hills, drills, and pacing session
  • Performance and nutrition talks (Sat morning, evening and Sunday Brunch)
  • Two breakfasts by Chef Carolyn Ellis

For athletes who want to understand their body, refine their skills, and leave with tools they can apply in every session and on race day.

Important Registration Information

Participation in the Kelowna Triathlon Training Camp requires acceptance of the Element Sports Coaching Athlete Coaching Agreement and Privacy Policy.

By registering for this camp, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand and acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including risk of injury, illness, property damage, or death.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.

  • All event cancellation terms outlined in the Athlete Coaching Agreement apply.

  • Registration and completion of payment constitute legally binding acceptance of the Athlete Coaching Agreement, including the Event Cancellation Policy and liability waiver.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodations, insurance, and medical coverage. Element Sports Coaching is not responsible for third-party travel or lodging expenses.
